Det var enbart 3 tjejer av alla 30 deltagare som klarade detta!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;WOD 2 var en amrap 20 min:&lt;br /&gt;7 MIN AMRAP:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;10 KB SNATCHES 32/24 KG – 5 EACH ARM (SCALING: KB SWINGS) &lt;br /&gt;60 M SANDBAG RUN 30/20 KG &lt;br /&gt;10 BURPEES &lt;br /&gt;60 M SANDBAG RUN 30/20 KG &lt;br /&gt;ETC… &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Jenny Jacobsen fick till 63 reps totalt och låg nu 2:a efter denna gren.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;WOD 3 var en CrossFit Total:&lt;br /&gt;1 RM CLEAN ANYHOW, 1 RM OVERHEAD SQUAT,  1 RM BENCH PRESS&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The athletes have 9 min to establish a 1 RM in the 3 lifts. 3 attempts are allowed on each lift. Warm up must be done prior to the start of event.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A FAILED LIFT WILL ALSO BE COUNTED AS AN ATTEMPT.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Jenny Jacobsens poäng blev 205 i denna gren - blev 3:a i denna gren.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;WOD 4 var ett bear complex:&lt;br /&gt;Athletes have 45 seconds to perform 1 round of the following barbell-complex, without letting go of the barbell.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Clean &lt;br /&gt;Front squat &lt;br /&gt;Overhead anyhow &lt;br /&gt;Back squat &lt;br /&gt;Overhead anyhow  &lt;br /&gt;AFTER EACH 45 SEC WINDOWS, THERE WILL BE A 15 SEC ROTATION. EACH MINUTE, THE ATHLETE WILL MOVE TO A HEAVIER BARBEL (5 KG INCREASE).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;MEN WILL START AT 60 KG AND HIGHEST POSSIBLE SCORE WILL BE 105 KG.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;WOMEN WILL START AT 30 KG AND HIGHEST POSSIBLE SCORE WILL BE 75 KG.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If the athlete fails to complete the complex within the time frame, he/she will not continue in the event. Top 3 kvinnor och top 3 män kvalade in till CrossFit Games 2010 för att representera Europa! Jag önskar jag kunde skriva att jag var en av de 3 kvinnor som skulle iväg, men det kan jag dessvärre inte.. Annie och Jenny från Island knep 1:a och 3:e platsen och 2:a platsen gick till Samantha Briggs från UK!&lt;br /&gt;Fantastiska atleter som kommer göra grymt ifrån sig på Spelen! Stort grattis till dem!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Jag kom på en sjätteplats, något som jag inte är särskilt nöjd med! Att jag inte kom top 3 kan jag acceptera! De var helt enkelt mycket bättre, men jag borde kunnat placera mig bättre än en sjätteplats.&lt;br /&gt;Inför Sectionals kände jag mig så taggad och stark, men sen jag fick värk i armarna så tappade jag lusten helt. Blev tvungen att vila för att inte skada mig till denna tävling. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Första passet var:&lt;br /&gt;På 15 min:&lt;br /&gt;2.5 km löpning&lt;br /&gt;Resterande tiden ska du göra så många Clean and jerks med 50 kg du kan.&lt;br /&gt;Clean and jerks är en av mina favoritövningar, något jag är stark i.&lt;br /&gt;Jag lyckades pressa ur mig 22 st på dryga 5 min:( Borde ha kunnat prestera bättre på dem!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Jag var i samma heat som Samatha Briggs! Herregud, var hon är snabb! Hon sprang in på 7 min något. Min tid blev 9:15.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Andra passet var mer min grej:)&lt;br /&gt;20 CTB pullups&lt;br /&gt;20 box jumps&lt;br /&gt;20 Toes to bar&lt;br /&gt;60 kg overhead carry &lt;br /&gt;Här var du tvungen att få upp vikten över huvudet, gå med den 10 m, släpp ner vikten, ta upp den och gå tillbaka! 6 ggr totalt&lt;br /&gt;20 toes to bar&lt;br /&gt;20 boxjumps&lt;br /&gt;20 ctb pullups&lt;br /&gt;Passet kändes hyfsat bra. Vann mitt heat iallafall. Fast även här så fick jag inte till kippen på toes to bar, var tvungen att bryta ner pullupsen i 1:or på slutet. Det var endast 5 damer anmälda. /&gt;Power Snatch - lätt vikt!&lt;br /&gt;Hopprep- double unders&lt;br /&gt;Utfall med vikt över huvudet&lt;br /&gt;Handstående mot väggen&lt;br /&gt;Medicin ball clean&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 minut på varje 2 varv&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sen..&lt;br /&gt;Så många knäböj du kan på 2 minuter-direkt efter gör du max antal burpees på 1 minut!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Vila 2 minuter&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br Och jag ( Jenny ) deltog! Kettle bell Burpee complex&lt;br /&gt;2. Hopprep&lt;br /&gt;3. Box jumps burpee&lt;br /&gt;4. Situps&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 minut på varje station i 2 varv. Andra varvet kör du 1 minut, räkna repetitionerna! Efter du kört 1 minut - vila 15 sek. Kör på samma station igen, försök hålla samma antal rep som föregående minut. Sussi klarade idag och körde DU genom hela passet!  Även Louise fick till några stycken! Bra kämpat!! &lt;br /&gt;Kenneth ( som alltid kunnat DU ) bröt passet pga han kände sig sjuk. Tills du gjort 600 hopprepshopp!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bra jobbat allihopa! Scandinavian CrossFit Challenge&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;CrossFit Challenge arrangerad av Mads Jacobsen och Martin Altermark och såklart värdarna Eleiko!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Det var 7 damer anmälda och 18 herrar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Läs mer om grenarna och regler här: Allt presenterades på engelska då det var deltagare från både Sverige, Danmark, Tyskland och USA.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;These are the events for the Scandinavian Challenge competition. Note that the specific event starting times have changed!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SATURDAY!&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Event 1&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Intro for this event will be held 08:50 and the first heat will start at 09:00.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;For time -1.6 km run carrying a kettlebell. Mens weight 16 kg- women 12kg.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;The athlete has to hold on to the kettlebell with at least one hand at all times.Athletes are allowed to wear gloves and use chalk.Fastest to negotiate the course carrying the kettlebell wins.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Event 2&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Intro for this event will be held at 12:50 and the first heat will start at 13:00.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;For time:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;50 double unders&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;30 clean and jerk (overhead anyhow) men 60kg women 40kg&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;50 double unders&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Two full revolutions are required in each double under.The clean and jerks begin with both weight plates touching the groundThe clean and jerk end when the athete is standing up completely with fully extended knees, hips and elbows.The athletes ears need to be fully visible from the side, in the top position, for the rep to be counted.Athletes are not allowed to drop the weight from the top position.Hands must be in touch with the bar at all times during the execution of a repetition&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Event 3&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Intro for this event will be held at 15:50 and the first heat will start at 16:00.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tabata row for distance.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;20 seconds work followed by 10 seconds rest for a total of 4 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;The athlete who accumulates the most meters within the tabata interval wins. Only meters during the work-phase is counted.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SUNDAY!&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Event 1&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Within a 4 min timeframe work up to your 1 rep max deadlift.&lt;/strong&gt; A signal will sound and you then have a 4 min timeframe to perform as many air squats as possible. The score of this event will be the heaviest deadlift in kilos, &lt;strong&gt;added to the number of squats performed within the 4 min timeframe.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The lift begins with the weight plates on the ground.In the top position the athletes hips and torso are fully extened.Athletes are allowed to drop the weight.Athletes will be required to load the bar themselves.There is no rest between the deadlift timeframe and the air squat timeframe.&lt;br /&gt;The air squat begins with the athlete having fully extended knees and hips.In the bottom position of the squat the crease of the hip is below the top of the knee.At the top of the sqat the knees and hips are fully extended.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Final!&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3 male and 3 female athletes will qualify for the final, which will be presented to the athletes on 10 min before the actual final!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Scoring:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The event will be scored in the following way.The athlete who wins an event will recieve 1 point, the athlete who finishes second will recieve 2 points and so on. Should two athletes recieve the same score on an event, they will then recieve the same points, and he athlete who finishes immediately after will recieve the points for his position. I.e1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and so on!&lt;br /&gt;The 3 men and women with the lowest score after all 4 events, will proceed to the finals! In the finals all athletes will begin with 0 points- no points from previous efforts will be carried into the final. The winner of the final is he overall winner. There will be one male and one female winner!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The Final was:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5 Squat clean 60 kg for men and 40 kg for women&lt;br /&gt;7 box jumps&lt;br /&gt;9 burpees&lt;br /&gt;As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;And the winner is..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Män:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1.
